Orders are packed by hand within two working days. You will get a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as the courier collects.
How long does delivery take?
Metro cities usually receive an order in three to five days. The rest of India takes five to eight. These are estimates, and we do not promise a date the courier has not given us.
What does delivery cost?
Delivery is charged at a flat rate, and is free above a threshold set at checkout. Both figures are shown before you pay.
Do you ship outside India?
Not at the moment. The store is set up for domestic delivery only.
What if my parcel arrives damaged?
Photograph the outer packaging before you open it, then write to us with your order number within seven days. We will replace the jar.
