These terms cover your use of this shop and your orders from it. They are written plainly on purpose. Where something here is incomplete it is because the fact behind it has not been settled yet, and we would rather leave a gap than fill it with something false.
Orders
An order is accepted when we send a confirmation. We may refuse an order where a price was listed incorrectly, and we will tell you and refund in full if that happens.
Prices and tax
Prices include GST at the rate that applies to the product. The rate shown at checkout is the rate charged.
What we sell
Food made from milk and oil from our own herd and pressing. Descriptions and photographs describe the actual product; where a batch varies slightly from its photograph, the description says so.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer law.
