A short buying guide: what to read on the label

Sample article for layout only. Replace with real editorial before launch.

Three things matter on a ghee label: what milk it came from, how it was made, and what is actually in the jar.

Milk first

A2 names the breed and the beta-casein type in the milk. Bilona names the method. They answer different questions, and a label can honestly claim one without the other.

Method second

Look for curd-churned or bilona rather than creamery or centrifugal language. The method is what sets the price: hours of work against minutes.

The ingredients line should be short. Anything beyond milk fat is doing work the ghee should do on its own.
